    GENERAL    Forms

The forms to the right cover the entire sanctioned portion of your show.

**General Rules

These are rules which apply to the entire Sanctioned part of the show.

**Sanction Application

This application is sent to the Llama Canada Statistician. She makes sure you have included everything you need and issues you a Sanction Number, which ensures that the results of your show will be recorded and all animals will get the points and titles they have earned.

Prize List

This is sent out to potential exhibitors to let them know what classes to enter, when, and how much it will cost, as well as where and when the show will be held, and what prizes are available.

Entry Form

Entry Forms are sent out with the Prize List. The exhibitor fills them out to let you know which classes they are entering with which llamas.

**Results Reporting Form

These are the forms you fill out and send in to the Llama Canada Statistician so each animal is awarded the points and titles it earned at your show.

Program

The Program is a complete list of the animals entered, the classes they entered, and who owns them. Programs are distributed to exhibitors and possibly to spectators as well.

    HALTER     Forms

The forms to the right apply only to the sanctioned Halter Classes of your show.

Halter Clerk Book

This is the form where the Clerk, or Table Steward, records the numbers of the animals that win. This is a backup for the Judge's Books.

Halter Judge Book - Female

This is where the Judge records the official results of all sanctioned Female Halter classes.

Halter Judge Book - Male

This is where the Judge records the official results of all sanctioned Male Halter classes.

      Halter Judge Book -  Non-Breeding

This is where the Judge records the official results of all sanctioned Non-Breeding Halter Classes.

Halter Judge Book - Production Classes

This is where the Judge records the official results of all sanctioned Production Classes.

SHOWMANSHIP Forms

The forms to the right apply only to the sanctioned Showmanship Classes of your show.

**Showmanship Rules

These rules apply only to the sanctioned Showmanship portion of your show.

Showmanship Clerk Book

This is the form where the Clerk, or Table Steward, records the numbers of the handlers that win. This is a backup for the Judge's Books.

Showmanship Judge Book

This is where the Judge records the official results of all sanctioned Showmanship Classes.

**Fleece ID Cards

These cards go in the Fleece bags to identify each fleece by number only.

**Fleece Scorecards

This is the Judge's working scoresheet. Scores from these cards are added up and put in the Judge's Book.

PERFORMANCE FORMS

The forms to the right and below apply only to the sanctioned Performance Classes of your show - Obstacle and Pack Obstacle.

**General Performance Rules

These rules apply to all the sanctioned Performance Classes (Obstacle and Pack Obstacle) at your show.

 Performance Clerk Book

This is where the Clerk, or Table Steward, records the numbers and scores of the Qualifying llamas. This is a backup for the Judge's Books.

 Performance Judge Book

This is where the Judge records the numbers and scores of the Qualifying llamas in each Obstacle and Pack Obstacle Class.

Performance Timer Sheet

This is where the Timer records course time and times for individual exercises.
