Interested in spinning your own yarn? Making toasty-warm duvets or quilts? Come out any time during the winter or early spring and pick your fleece on the animal. We have first-shearing babies, and award-winning fibre producers standing by in gorgeous natural colours from startling white through reds, rich browns, shimmering golds and tans through to shining black. You can pick by sight and feel (the llamas don't mind, really), we'll help, and come spring we'll shear your fleece for you - or teach you to do it yourself. Complete fleeces are $5 per 100 grams ($22.65 per pound), and a fleece is generally 2 to 4 pounds. If you can't pick your own, ask about our show fleeces, available around the end of September each year.
